Refunds

The short version

Your song is written for you personally and delivered within days. Because of that, we do not refund a song once it has been delivered.

If something goes wrong on our side, we fix it or refund you in full.

Why there are no refunds on delivered songs

Every song is made from scratch for one person. Once it is written and recorded, it cannot be resold or reused. That said, if your song genuinely isn't right, we would rather make you another one than leave you with something you won't play. Write to us, tell us what missed, and we'll take another run at it. We can't promise it every time, but we have never turned away someone who asked honestly.

When we do refund

• Your song never arrives
• The file is broken or will not play
• You were charged twice
• We cannot deliver within the window you paid for

In any of these cases, email supportgospelsongmaker@proton.me and we will sort it out. You do not need to argue your case.

What we cannot refund

• You changed your mind after hearing the song
• The song is not the style you imagined
• You gave us information that was wrong or incomplete

We would rather help than argue. If you are unhappy, write to us and tell us why — we read every message.
